NaviOwl started with a problem every healthcare HR leader knows. Managers asking CBA questions that take too long to answer and regularly get answered wrong. Our founders spent careers inside Canadian healthcare and enterprise software, watching the same problem play out across organization after organization.

Generic AI search tools find documents. They do not find the right clause, in the right version, on the right effective date. They do not understand collective agreements, Minutes of Settlement (MOS), Letters of Understanding (LOU), or the amendment hierarchy that healthcare HR teams live inside every day. We built NaviOwl to solve that. For healthcare first. In Canada first.
